Curry Soup

Curry soup with extra veggies ⬆️🍲🌶🥦🥕and sans noodles this time because #whole30 💪🏼!
♥️ I love noodles, and carbs, (especially rice / vermicelli being naturally gluten free) but it does feel good to have a little break from them.
🚨 Grains can be tough to digest - they have been known to lead to autoimmune issues for some people - and you have no idea how you’re affected until you take them away for a little bit.
Whole 30 Foods always leave me with more energy, and I can’t argue with that!
